assuming your talking about yugioh. you need to start with legendary ocean and follow with support cards for fish and various combos using umi. *MK 2 + Umi/legendary ocean = direct attack of 1300 or 1700. also combo with limit area B. mainly its all a star combo.
if your talking about MTG: basically this deck revalves around Plainswalker tezzerate and merfolk creatures. make sure u use draw spells and counter spells. (its not very good)
