How would you resolve ABS-CBN over GMA-7's reign?

With the popularity of GMA-7's top-rated telefantasyas, asianovelas, decent news programs, and various good quality programs, this TV station leads over rival ABS-CBN in terms of basic program format and trustworthy offering. And because of its popular corporate logo as "kapuso" compared to the past ones indicating that it has self-respect and right conduct--and even perfectly entertaining performance--in good leadership, the public would be trusted mostly.

ABS-CBN would be hardly enough to trust the public again despite of the issues involved such as the infringement of exclusive video of the program "Eye To Eye", the "Wowowee" Ultra stampede tragedy, and the censorious content like "Pinoy Big Brother". The court would be found guilty to ABS-CBN so they would threaten to shut down done by the police authority, like those in Martial Law period.

GMA-7 would win the case and would likely to "kill" ABS-CBN because of mismanagement. In your opinion, what would you do to relieve?

grrr.... i hate GMA. TFC is wayyy better. i think GMA needs originality... they keep on copying TFC/ABS-CBN. first they copy off their shows then their artists then now... since abs-cbn has tfc, gma is now also selling in U.S.

The solution to the ancient question of what is the best abs workout you can do?

None! An Abs workout alone won't generate enough of a metabolic reaction in your body to produce fat loss.

As a coach, nourishment specialist, and general fitness pro, I frequently get asked what the best kinds of exercises and workouts are for losing stubborn stomach fat to bring out visible six pack abs. The difficulty is that most people with excess gut fat looking to try and uncover their abs are on the lookout for some'miracle abs workout' that is going to chop the fat off their abs in no time.

The thing is they're going about the problem wholly the wrong way! The truth is that you do not lose belly fat by doing just an abs workout.

Don't misunderstand what I'm saying I do advocate a specific amount of exercises that directly target the abs and core, but these are only a tiny fragment of the programs I design for my clients as your time is better spent targeting the full body exercises that stimulate the greatest hormonal and metabolic changes in the body. In addition, a side-effect of working out using mostly full body multi-joint combo exercises are that you indirectly work your complete midsection although you are not specifically targeting the abs.

Bear in mind that the most important factor for losing belly fat to see your abs is actually in the nourishment arena. Irrespective of how hard you workout, if your diet is totally full of junk, then your abdominals will be covered with nauseating fat. Nourishment is without any doubt the'king of getting a six pack'.

So in summary.

Stop wasting such a lot of your time targeting situps, crunches, leg raises, and all those mad pointless'ab contraptions' in your efforts to find the ideal abs workout. Instead focus on high power full body lifts using mix multi-joint exercises all strategically mixed into very efficient fat loss workouts.
