Answer:
Begin to style as usual but leave the fringe around face alone. Let your hair air dry about half way then use spray gel on the pieces you want go foward. Either Blow dry with small round brush forward or flat iron depending on your hairs' texture.
Give it a try if that still doesn't work finger style and spritz hairspray.. GOOD LUCK
