If you were a teacher, would you approve of your students coming to Yahoo! Answers and having others answer their homework questions for them?

I was a teacher which is why I don't answer homework questions though on very rare occasions I might point someone in a particular direction. It astounds me that people expect someone else to do their homework for them and demand that it be done a certain way. Even more astounding is just how lengthy some answers to homework questions are. On the other hand, I have noticed that some individuals deliberately provide wrong answers.

The Process to Becoming a Teacher in the State of Texas
If you want to become a teacher in the state of Texas then there are a number of things that need to go through in order to be approved for your Texas teacher education certificate. 1. Bachelor's Degree

If you're going to teach some subjects you don't even need to have a bachelor's degree in any subject at all -- the two most notable subjects where this applies is careers and technology.

2. Approved Teacher Education Program
The next step in the process to become a teacher in the state of Texas is to go through an approved teacher education program that will teach you the art of teaching, otherwise known as pedagogy. This is a subject that is very important if you want to become a great teacher because it will teach you how to research subjects and structure lesson plans for maximum learning affect for the students.
If you're a student at University then you sometimes have the option of going through an approved teacher education program as part of your degree even though you may be studying the subject is completely different education and teaching. This means that you can train while you're studying and at the end of your university time you don't have to go through any other teacher training programs before you can apply to take your examinations.
If you miss the opportunity to go through this approved teacher education program at University, then the best thing few to do is to look into alternative teacher certification programs. There are numerous programs out there for people to choose from and they range wildly in price and structure -- my best advice to you if you are in this position is to shop around and make sure you get the best program in terms of support because that's what often makes the difference between a program where you for comfortable and program where you're really not sure what path to take as a teacher.
3. Final Examinations
Once you have gone through your approved teacher education program then you simply need to apply for your final examinations. There are actually two exams that you must pass before you can become a fully qualified teacher in the state of Texas, namely the THEA and the TExES.
The THEA is designed to teach you the theory behind teaching -- it's not something that is subject specific. The TExES on the other hand is an exam that tests you on your knowledge of the subject that you're going to be teaching in class.
While both exams can be challenging, most students find that the TExES exam is the most challenging of the two.
Once you've completed your final examinations you are then good to apply for jobs as a teacher in the state of Texas.
